Return policy
a la fin du monde will accept returns/exchanges on non-sale items returned within 15 days of delivery date. Sales items are eligible for exchange or store credit if received within 10 days of the date the order was placed (noted at the top of the invoice). All goods must be returned unused and in perfect condition along with and a copy of your invoice. Please indicate on the back of your invoice the reason of your return and if you would prefer a store credit or refund to your credit card. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Your account will be credited within 7 days of receipt less any shipping costs and you will be emailed a confirmation at that time. You are responsible for all shipping costs related to your return.
Damaged Goods
If you have received a damaged item, please notify a la fin du monde at info@alafindumonde.com within 3 days of delivery date. a la fin du monde will reimburse the shipping cost for the return of damaged items.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
Shipping
All orders received before 3pm ET will be processed the same day. Orders received after 3pm ET will be processed the following business day. Orders receive after 3pm ET on Fridays will be processed the following Mondays. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account holidays or possible delays caused by address verification.
Unless otherwise noted, a $5.00 flat shipping fee applies. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has shipped. Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.
