back home and some news

We flew back home on Saturday and have been slowly settling back into our old routines. I have a few more vacation photos from Venezuela that I want to share, but first I want to share some changes we'll be making to this blog and to the site.

Over the past couple months, my focus has been shifting from running the shop to launching a clothing line, and I've realized that that's where I really want to devote my energy and my time. So, after much debate, we've decided to close down shop at a la fin du monde. The good news is, we'll be adding a shop and blog to lotfilotfi.com, as well as shifting over the archives of this blog. I'll let you know very soon the exact date the shift will happen, and I hope you'll follow me to the new blog address.

In the meantime, we'll be having a sale in the next week or so on the final items left in the shop, and I will still be posting to this blog until the new blog address is up and running. I have some sneak peeks of my spring/summer fabric to show you, and I want to tell you about some of the awesome new people I'm working with on this collection.
